What used to take days of manual building now takes minutes: the analyst chooses what to report on, clicks a button, and a fully branded deck of around 660 slides comes out ready for commentary.

Every retailer review meant building a large PowerPoint deck from scratch. The analyst pulled the numbers out of Power BI, dropped them into templates, refreshed everything, then tidied the file so it would not break and repeated that for every part of the range.
What we built
A tool that builds the whole deck automatically. The analyst picks what to report on, clicks a button and a complete, on-brand deck comes out ready for commentary. It draws on the client's existing Power BI data, so the numbers are always current and the finished file is reliable and self-contained.

How it works
The analyst sets the scope in a simple front sheet and clicks once. From that single click the tool pulls the data straight from the client's Power BI, works through the range automatically and builds a fully branded deck of around 660 slides.
It tailors the output to the audience, so a supplier version leaves out the commercial detail a retailer version includes and because the finished deck stands on its own, the broken-file problems of the old templates are gone.
What used to take days of building by hand now runs in under five minutes, so the analyst's time goes into the analysis and the client conversation rather than assembling slides.
