As OfficePro Consulting grew, the tools we used to run it had not kept up. Client details, jobs, quotes, time and follow-up lived across separate systems that were never built to work together. So we built our own CRM. OPC Hub brings all of it into one place, built in house and shaped around how we actually work. We own it outright, so there is no per-seat licence as the team grows and no software vendor deciding how our business should run.

The challenge: a toolset that did not talk to itself

As the business grew, the tools we ran it on had not kept up. Client details sat in one place, jobs and quotes in another and time and follow-up somewhere else again. None of it was built to work together, so the same information had to be entered two or three times to keep every system current.

What we built

OPC Hub is a custom CRM we designed around how we actually work, not how a generic product thinks we should. It brings clients, jobs, quoting, time tracking and follow-up into one place we built in house and own outright.

The core CRM. Clients, jobs, the pipeline, time tracking and follow-up in one custom-built place, with every change kept in a full history so nothing is lost.

Built for a team. Secure Microsoft sign-on through Entra ID, an access level for each role and hands-off updates, so the system scales cleanly as we add people.

Enquiries that capture themselves. Jacky and the website forms create leads on their own, already summarised and scored, straight into the pipeline.

Ongoing improvement. Mobile access, reporting, admin controls and automated security reviews keep the tool growing with the business.

How it works

Every client and contact lives in one place. Each piece of work is a job that moves through a clear pipeline from first enquiry to paid, viewed as a list or a drag-and-drop board. Each job carries its own quote, time, files and purchase orders, with every change kept in a full history so nothing is lost.

The system prompts the next call, meeting or note so follow-up never slips and a dashboard shows the pipeline, the money and what needs attention today. Website enquiries from Jacky and the contact form drop in on their own as a new client and job.

Security and privacy

Sign-in runs through Microsoft Entra ID, so there are no separate passwords and role-based access means each person sees only what their role should. Client data is stored in Australia on Microsoft Azure and every change is written to an append-only audit log. The build is mapped against the Essential Eight, ISO 27001 and SOC 2, with automated reviews each week, month and quarter.
