Should we use Power Apps or build a custom web app?
It depends on your requirements. Power Apps is faster and cheaper for most internal business apps, especially if you already use Microsoft 365. It connects natively to SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams and Power Automate. Custom web apps make sense when you need complete control over design, complex logic or a public-facing application that goes beyond what Power Pages offers. What does a SharePoint intranet project involve?
We start with understanding how your team works, what documents and tools they need access to and where the current pain points are. Then we design the site structure, build out pages, set up document libraries with managed permissions, configure search and navigation and integrate with Teams and Outlook. Do you build client-facing portals?
Yes. We build external portals using Power Pages and custom web frameworks that give your clients secure access to their project status, documents, invoices and communications. How much does a custom app project cost in Australia?
It depends on complexity and scope. A simple Power App for field data capture is a very different engagement from a multi-system client portal. Do you provide ongoing support after the app is built?
Yes. We provide ad hoc or ongoing support including bug fixes, feature additions, user training and platform updates. Most clients start with ad hoc support and move to a retainer as their app usage grows and they need regular enhancements. How long does a typical project take?
It varies by scope. A focused Power App might take a couple of weeks. A SharePoint intranet for a larger organisation is typically a few weeks to a couple of months.
