Automate the approvals, data entry and repetitive tasks slowing your business down.
We map how your business actually runs, then build systems that run the repetitive work themselves. Fewer errors, less admin and hours of manual work turned into minutes.
A straight answer on what's genuinely worth automating and a fixed price before any work starts.

Deputy If it has an API, we can automate it. These are just the platforms we work with most.
The repetitive work automation can take over
If a task is repetitive, rules-based or done the same way every time, there is usually a safe way to automate it. These are the ones businesses ask us for most.
Approvals and sign-offs
Requests route to the right person automatically, with reminders, escalation if they stall and a record of who approved what.
Approvals in hours, not daysProcessing documents and forms
Invoices, orders and forms get read, the right fields pulled out and entered into your systems, with only the exceptions flagged for a person.
Hours of manual entry goneMoving data between systems
Records stay in sync across your CRM, finance tools and spreadsheets, so the same thing is never keyed in twice.
One source of truth, no double entryScheduled reports and alerts
Data is gathered on a schedule, the report built and sent where it needs to go, and the right people alerted when something needs attention.
Reports that send themselves, on timeGenerating documents
Quotes, contracts and letters are built from your data and templates, populated correctly every time and routed for sign-off and filing.
Consistent documents in secondsOnboarding and multi-step processes
Setting up a new client or staff member kicks off the whole sequence of tasks across every system, with nothing missed and progress tracked.
Every step done, nothing missedWhen off-the-shelf won't fit, we build custom
A process too specific or too involved for off-the-shelf tools. We build the automation in code around your exact rules, run it securely on Azure or in your own environment and support it in production.
Real projects, measurable outcomes

Every new job sets itself up
When a new job comes in, Power Automate spins up its SharePoint folders and Planner tasks straight away. The team starts the actual work instead of building the same structure by hand every time.
Scheduled flows chase outstanding patient forms, escalate non-responders and close off automatically once a form is returned. Built with Power Automate and Microsoft Fabric.

Common questions about workflow automation
Everything you need to know before starting an automation project. Got a question we haven't covered? Just ask.
Talk to us directlyWhat kinds of processes can you automate?
Any business process that follows rules and repeats. Approval workflows, data entry, document generation, email routing, file processing, notifications and system synchronisation are the most common. If your team is doing the same steps every time, there's a good chance we can automate it. Book a free initial consultation and we'll give you a straight answer.
What can Power Automate do for my business?
Power Automate connects to everything in your Microsoft 365 environment and hundreds of third-party systems like Xero, MYOB and Salesforce. We use it to build approval chains, invoice processing, automated emails, Teams notifications, data sync between systems and document generation. If your business runs on Microsoft 365, Power Automate is usually the starting point.
What's the difference between Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps?
Power Automate is best for everyday business process automation within Microsoft 365. Azure Logic Apps is built for enterprise integration where you need higher throughput, complex routing, B2B transactions or tighter Azure governance. We recommend Logic Apps when the workflow connects SAP, on-premises systems or high-volume processing that Power Automate can't handle efficiently.
Do you only build automation on Microsoft tools?
No. Microsoft is where a lot of our work sits because most clients already run on Microsoft 365, but we build with whatever fits the job. That includes n8n, Zapier, custom code and direct API integrations. We pick the right tool for your process, not whatever we happen to sell.
How much does automation consulting cost in Australia?
It depends on scope and complexity. Every engagement starts with a free initial conversation where we understand what you need. Then we provide a clear proposal with defined deliverables and a pricing model that fits the work. Fixed price for well-defined projects, or time and materials where scope is likely to evolve. Some workflow automation projects are a few days, others run weeks. You'll always know how pricing works before any work begins.
Do you support automations after they're built?
Yes. We provide ad hoc or ongoing support for all workflow automation we deliver. Most clients start with ad hoc support and move to a retainer as they add more automated processes. We also handle monitoring, updates and improvements as your business needs change.
Can you automate legacy systems with no API?
Yes. We use Power Automate Desktop for robotic process automation (RPA) and custom code automation with Python scripting to automate legacy systems that don't have modern APIs. This includes older ERPs, desktop applications and paper-based workflows that need to be digitised.
Do you work with businesses across Australia?
Yes. We deliver workflow automation consulting Australia-wide including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and regional areas. Most of our work is delivered remotely, with on-site visits when the project requires it.
How long does a typical automation project take?
It varies by scope. Some workflow automation projects are quick wins, others are larger builds that run over a few months. We confirm the expected timeline upfront in our proposal before any work begins, so you always know what to expect.
