Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoption
We configure, deploy and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. From licensing strategy and permissions review, to department-specific prompts and adoption training, we make sure your team actually uses it rather than just paying for it. We run Copilot rollouts for Australian organisations of 20 to 300 seats, typically taking 4 to 8 weeks from readiness assessment to full rollout.

Our Copilot services
OfficePro Consulting helps Australian organisations get real value from Microsoft 365 Copilot. From initial readiness assessment and secure deployment through to adoption training and ongoing optimisation, we handle every stage of your Copilot journey.
Copilot deployment and rollout
End-to-end configuration across your Microsoft 365 tenant. We set up Copilot in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the right settings for your organisation from day one.
Licensing and readiness assessment
We audit your current Microsoft 365 environment, identify licence gaps and prerequisites and build a phased rollout plan that avoids wasted spend and gets Copilot to the right people first.
Security and data governance
Copilot surfaces everything your users have access to. We configure sensitivity labels, data loss prevention policies and access controls so Copilot only shows what it should.
Copilot Studio custom agents
Build custom Copilot agents in Copilot Studio that automate specific business workflows, answer questions from your internal data and take actions inside your existing systems.
Adoption and training programs
Department-specific training sessions, prompt libraries tailored to your workflows and internal champion networks that drive real adoption beyond the initial rollout.
Usage analytics and optimisation
We track Copilot adoption metrics, identify underused features, refine prompts for your highest-value workflows and build the business case for continued investment.

AI your team actually uses. Not AI that gathers dust.
Plenty of AI tools get built and then quietly ignored. The difference comes down to whether your team trusts the tool and whether someone helps them fit it into their day. We build that in from the start. You work directly with the people doing the build the whole way, so a real person stays responsible for it being used, not just handed over.
- Built to make your team's job easier, not give them another system to wrestle
- One team from first call to finished work, no middlemen
- We stay until your staff are genuinely using it
How we roll out Microsoft Copilot
Buying Copilot licences is the easy part. Getting real, safe adoption across a team is where most rollouts stall. Here is how we get it right.
Assess readiness
We review your licensing, data and use cases to confirm Copilot is the right fit and where it will pay off first.
Secure your data
We tighten permissions and sensitivity labels so Copilot only ever surfaces what each person is allowed to see.
Pilot with a team
We start with one team and a handful of real workflows, so the wins are visible and concrete.
Train and embed
We run practical sessions on the prompts and habits that matter for their actual work, not generic demos.
Measure adoption
We track who is using it and where the value lands, then roll out to the next team with evidence behind it.

Frequently asked questions
What is Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is an AI assistant built into the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint. It can draft documents, summarise meetings, analyse data, compose emails and answer questions using your organisation's own files and data. It runs on the same security and compliance layer as the rest of Microsoft 365. OfficePro Consulting handles the full rollout so your team gets value from it quickly.
Does my organisation need a specific licence for Copilot?
Yes. Microsoft 365 Copilot requires a Microsoft 365 E3, E5, Business Standard or Business Premium base licence, plus the Copilot add-on licence per user. Not every user needs one on day one. We run a readiness assessment to identify which roles will get the most value and build a phased rollout plan that avoids wasted licence spend.
How long does a Copilot rollout take?
A typical rollout takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on organisation size and the state of your existing Microsoft 365 environment. This includes the readiness assessment, SharePoint and data governance cleanup, pilot group deployment, training workshops and full rollout. Organisations with well-organised SharePoint and clear data governance can move faster. Those with years of unstructured content usually need the groundwork done first.
Will Copilot access confidential data it shouldn't?
Copilot respects your existing Microsoft 365 permissions. It can only access data that each individual user already has access to. The risk is that most organisations have overshared content they don't realise is accessible. Before turning on Copilot, we review your sensitivity labels, sharing settings and access controls to make sure confidential content stays confidential. This governance step is critical and we never skip it.
What is Copilot Studio and how is it different?
Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside your existing M365 apps. Copilot Studio lets you build custom AI agents that go beyond what out-of-the-box Copilot does. You can create agents that answer questions from specific internal knowledge bases, automate multi-step business processes, or connect to external systems. We build Copilot Studio agents as part of our rollout engagements when standard Copilot doesn't cover a specific workflow.
How do you measure whether Copilot is actually working?
We set up adoption dashboards that track which teams are using Copilot, how often and in which apps. Beyond usage numbers, we measure time savings on specific workflows by comparing before and after data on tasks like document drafting, meeting follow-ups and data analysis. This gives you concrete ROI data to justify continued investment and identify where additional training or prompt tuning is needed.
