Josh leads technical delivery and solution architecture. With over a decade of experience across IT and enterprise technology, he works directly with clients to design and build the systems they rely on. If you've got a complex problem, he's probably already solved something similar.
Rachael
Rachael runs operations, client management and marketing. With a background in psychology and organisational behaviour, she ensures solutions are designed around how teams actually work and manages client relationships.

Started with a spreadsheet. Grew from there.
Most businesses know they could be doing more with technology. The manual processes, the disconnected systems, the reports that take days to pull together. The gap between what's possible and what's actually happening is usually bigger than people think. OfficePro Consulting started by closing those gaps with spreadsheets and simple automation. As the technology evolved, so did we, into AI, custom applications, reporting and enterprise integration. Josh brought over a decade of experience designing and building solutions across enterprise technology, where he'd seen teams spending more time on manual workarounds than actual decision-making.
Rachael added the operational and human side. With a background in psychology and a focus on organisational behaviour, she understood that technology only works when it fits the people using it. Her approach to client management, solution design and handover ensures that what gets built actually gets adopted, not just delivered.
Today OfficePro Consulting works with businesses of all sizes across Australia. Based in Melbourne, we deliver automation, AI, reporting and integration solutions using Power Platform, Azure, custom applications and system integration.
